1) After a meeting, I'm circulating the meeting minutes. Lam the meeting tuh ada customer, supplier, our quality, development and production people too. pastu the GM reply back my email saying that we need consult production first before proposing any option to the customer. WTF!! Ko tak baca ker lam minutes meeting tuh sah2 ade 2 orang production sama! Apa kijadahnya nak consulted dorang lagik if they WERE in the meeting. Apa, ingat aku panggil tuh soh depa jadik tunggul kayu ajerkah??
2) Yang ini memang bebetul buat aku baran! I was doing a web check in for my Gold Coast holiday this weekend. Seperti biasa, utk cheapskate cam aku ni - I amik yang paling basic yer. So aku takdelah nak booking seat apa jadah nie sebab selalu naik Air Asia nie pon, bila kita purchased tickets and ada childs with us, memanglah dorang letak setempat.
Yang aku nak marah sangat2, tahu tak kenapa? Masa pegi okeh, they put all of us together at the same row.
Yang masa nak balik, boleh tak they all campak my 6 y.o son kat seat no 8 row belah kanan, pastu my 3 y.o. daughter kat seat no 8 row belah kiri and aku laki bini tercampak kat row tengah seat no 24!!!!!
Eh ko buat lahanat apa nie? Gilerkah nak soh budak 6 tahun dok sorang sebelah sana, and 3 tahun sorang2 sebelah satu lagi...ngan aku punya seat adelah 20 baris ke belakang.
Nak tepon customer service, harammmmmm dorang dah tutop. Kunon nak kurangkan kos. Tahik betollah (kan dah kuar bahasa baik.
Last resort, kena kuarkan duit and beli seat! Seriously Air Asia, if you are doing this to generate more money......this is not funny! Haram jadah betui!!!

ermayum, ade org cakap ngan i tayah beli seat pon takpe sebab nanti masa nak check in dorang akan re-arrange back TAPI sebbaik i beli the seat. u know what, flight adelah full and dorang takleh re-arrange the seat. takleh imagine mi kds kena dok ngan stranger
